The Materials Management department of Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions provides support to numerous internal locations through the procurement of supplies and services from vendors. The Adaugeo customers rely on the Materials Management department to define processes, train employees to use the defined processes, procure supplies, ensure delivery of supplies and assist with any other procurement related processes in a timely and efficient manner. The primary responsibilities of this position will be assisting the Materials Manager in the receiving and distribution of all supplies used by Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions and its customers ranging from laboratories to physician offices. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; flexible schedule Benefit Highlights: - Medical, Dental, Vision with In-Network & Custom Network discounts- 401(K) with discretionary employer match- Paid Time Off- Free clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in houseSpecific Areas of Responsibility: 1) Customer Supplies- Orders will be processed as outlined in the Materials Management Procedure Manual for both Interpath and Adaugeo customer orders- Interpath client supplies will be prepared daily in a timely manner to be sent with the next available courier- Supplies will be prepared based on outbound courier schedules, i.e. customer orders for those serviced by first courier leaving in the morning are processed first- Client supplies will be prepared during the day as requested/required by client needs- Client Service request- eSupply requests- email (LIS or Outlook)- Assistance to track/locate customer orders will also be provided as needed and in a timely manner2) Receiving- This position will be responsible for the receiving function of all incoming supplies to the Pendleton location- Freight will be processed daily following the procedure outlined in the Materials Management Procedure Manual- In the event all freight cannot be put away daily, all parcels will be inspected for refrigerated contents and appropriately stored before leaving- Refrigerated items received at the Pendleton location for another location will be sent with the next available courier or refrigerated overnight for the next courier run if necessary- All receiving documents will be kept accurate and current at all times3) Inventory Management- This position will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory in the storeroom/warehouse setting- Inventory will be managed/adjusted per best practices to minimize stock outages- Storeroom/Warehouse should be kept orderly at all times- Supplies that are accessible to employees should be stocked daily to ensure uninterrupted supply and access- Aisles will be kept clear at all times
Interpath Laboratory is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and people-oriented Director of Business Development & Sales to lead our rapidly growing operations throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to grow sales for Interpath and specific call points to include women’s health, oncology, pathology, pain management, behavior health, hospitals and others that need clinical labs, anatomical pathology and have esoteric needs. This position will be based out of Interpath Laboratory's corporate headquarters in Pendleton, Oregon.
