Desert Orthopedics - West Bend, of Praxis Health, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical First Assistant to join our growing team on a PRN basis.
The Surgical First Assistant is responsible for identifying and securing instrumentation and equipment needed for procedures and demonstrating proficient use and implementation of the same.
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate must comply with all state, local and federal rules, guidelines and requirements with respect to safety and health. This includes, but is not limited to any mandates with respect to the COVID-19 virus, such as PPE, testing, or vaccination rules, absent a legally recognized need for accommodation. Such accommodation requests should be promptly submitted to HR and will be reviewed and approved based on the circumstances presented.

Must be able to keep your hand and arm steady for extended periods of time when needed.
